LB Attorneys Inc is an established law firm with deep roots in the historic mining towns of Klerksdorp, Stilfontein and Orkney. The firm's first partner was Mr Julius Rudolph, who started the firm in 1948. The firm's offices were and still are located at 23 Anderson Street, Klerksdorp. With time, several candidate attorneys were part of the LB team and were trained and admitted as attorneys who all had successful careers and law practices. In 1982 Gary Lourens joined the firm as a candidate attorney. Since his admittance as an attorney in 1984, Mr Lourens uninterruptedly served as a partner and director of the firm for a period of 40 years.

In 1994 Righardt Bezuidenhout joined the legal firm that was then known as Rudolph Lourens and Heppell. Mr Bezuidenhout was appointed as a partner of the firm in 1997. In 2012 the partnership was converted to an Incorporated Company known as Lourens and Bezuidenhout Inc. The present directors of the company are Mr Gary Lourens, Mr Righardt Bezuidenhout and Ms Ammaarah Shaik. The directors are skilfully assisted by admitted attorneys Mr Vincent Smith, Mrs Estie de Klerk and candidate Attorney 
Mr Pienie Coetzee.

Should LB Inc accept the mandate, the client will be required to sign a formal special power of attorney, appointing LB Inc as their legal advisor and attorney. This special power of attorney will also regulate the fee and cost structure discussed and agreed upon with the client.
